Mallorca Summer Academy is a project from the non-profit making Artendins Association which emerged in 2010 and whose main goal is to offer in Majorca (Spain), the highest standard of arts and music education to encourage young musicians. It is founded and directed by the musicians Victor de la Rosa and Oscar Caravaca, both born in Majorca but enjoying a remarkable International career and residing in London.
It consists of different projects within the island that combine concerts, masterclasses and workshops for performers and composers, all overseen by renowned musicians and professors. The aim of the academy is to help, bring opportunities and give to young musicians support and motivation to go on with their passion for an instrument.
At Mallorca Summer Academy we aim to offer a welcoming environment in which to share music and ideas in the beautiful and relaxed surroundings of Mallorca. We firmly believe that with passion and hard work we can help to develop musical and artistic society, and, backed by a strong team of educators, performers, composers and directors, can offer a stimulating and highly rewarding experience. We base our project in three relevant points:
1. High quality music education programme.
2. Unique venues and accommodation possible.
3. Enjoyable experience
